Vinification
Maceration and fermentation for 4-5 weeks in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels (3000l). Part of the fermentation on natural yeasts. 12 months in barique barrels (225 liters) made of French oak (80%) and Slavonian oak (20%). Barrels aged 1 year (50%) and new (50%). Bottle aging for 12 months before release.
