Who we are
ChillyWines is run by CHILLY j.d.o.o., Sisak, Croatia. Our full company details are at the bottom of every page. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you send an order request we keep what you enter in the form: name, email, phone (optional), delivery address, whether you buy privately or for a business, your VAT number if you buy for a business, the wines you chose, and your confirmation that you are over 18. We use it only to prepare your offer, answer your questions and deliver an order you accept. We do not send newsletters or advertising, and we never sell your details.
Who sees it
- Sibence Digital, which runs this site and prepares offers for us. Order requests reach it at [email protected].
- Brevo (France), which sends the order emails. It may count whether an email was opened, anonymously; we do not use that.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server the orders are stored on.
- For an accepted order, the transport company, which gets your name, address and phone so it can deliver.
- Our accountant, for invoices.
The pages load their fonts from Google and, on the regions page, a map from OpenStreetMap and cdnjs, so those services see your IP address.
How long we keep it
An order request that does not become a sale is deleted after 24 months. Invoices are kept for 11 years, as Croatian accounting law requires.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. Your order is kept only in your own browser until you send it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, unless the law makes us keep it. Write to [email protected]; we answer within a month, free of charge. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
