Apolitico
Apolitico is a family boutique winery at Rezovac, a village near Virovitica in Slavonia, run under OPG Terra Slavonia and producing at the Tomo Boutique Winery. The founder built it after leaving a career in politics, which is where the name comes from. The cellar combines stainless steel with full temperature and air control, small and large barrels of Croatian oak, wild cherry and chestnut, and large handmade Georgian qvevri amphorae used for red wines. It makes dry white, rosé and red wines plus sweet wines from dried grapes, with Graševina as the variety it sets out to showcase.
